We have a strong returning core of kids that finished 2nd in the 2010 KVBSA West division and won two tournaments. This team will be looking for highly skilled player(s) with travel experience.
The Green team will also participate in the KVBSA in 2011. It will play at a competitive level below the Gold Team, participating in 3-4 tournaments.
The team enjoyed a strong first season of play in 2010, collecting 19 wins. The team looks to add several players capable of pitching and fielding multiple positions.
Travel experience is preferred, but not required. |

Will try to qualify for Disney Elite World series or consider Triple Crown Summer Nationals in 2011. Will play mostly tournaments, with a 40 - 50 game season.
Our team trains with Coach Harrison (former UM head baseball coach) at the Michigan Sports Academy.
The goal of the team is to train young men to be good baseball players that will compete for starting positions in high school.
We work with players that play multiple travel sports. Team costs for 2011 will range between $400-$500 per player. |

| Team Info: | Saline Swarm will enter their 6th season in 2011 and are holding OPEN tryouts. 2010 12U "AA" World Series Runner-up, KVBSA "Open" Division 12-7 record.
We will participate in the competitive KVBSA Upper Division as well as participate in weekend tournaments throughout the Midwest with a possible trip to Aberdeen, MD amongst others.
We will play a competitive 50 - 60 game schedule starting in early April and playing through the end of July. Indoor workouts begin in January – two nights per week.
Our goal, as it has been from the start, is to advance your player so they can participate on their HS team. We compete against the top teams in the Midwest and it involves a high level commitment.
Secondary sports are not recommended. Tentative plan is to have final team selection made no later than August 15, 2010 and posted at our team website by 6:00pm that day. |
